You will definitely notice it when you walk pass, drive pass, go pass it whilst you are in a bus, cab or car. Basically, no matter what, you can see it unless you have chosen not too. Which in any case, WHY DON"T YOU WANT TO !!!???

Even if you do look at it, you will not DIE or LOSE anything valuable by you. So come on, just look at it if you pass by, for you own sake.
